Dear Chamber Member,

Thank you for choosing the Laredo Chamber of Commerce to assist with your upcoming celebration! Whether ribbon cutting or ground breaking, we are excited to help make your event a success! 

There is a $250 fee to cover the cost of the ribbon and supplies. The fee must be paid in full before the day of the event. Submit no later than two weeks prior to your event date.

Brief Description of the Business *

Please provide a brief description of your business. You can include background information, goals, missions, and anything you'd like the community to know.

Date of Event *

To help us properly coordinate and promote your event, we recommend submitting this request at least two weeks prior to your preferred event date.

Time & Location of Event *

Events can be scheduled from Monday to Friday, with the latest time slot available being 4:30 p.m. Any events after this time will require approval from the Executive Director and will incur an after-hours fee of $150.

We recommend avoiding Saturdays for scheduling, as our staff availability is limited and we cannot guarantee more than three Chamber ambassadors will be present. 

Please note that the Chamber cannot be held responsible for any changes to your event if we are not notified in writing.

The Chamber is happy to provide a Master of Ceremonies to guide the event. If you would prefer to designate your own representative to serve as the ceremony host, please let us know below.
